With a tight schedule of four weeks lead time - from inception to completion of the event - the team had to work fast and efficiently to handle the different aspects of the summit including the pre-event registration management, the event itself where we created a branded ‘online lobby’ for guests while they waited for the summit to begin, as well as a post-event report.
For the three-day event, we produced:
- 18 hours of pre-recorded video content including 17 speakers from 6 countries
- Interpretation into Japanese and Mandarin
- Live Q&A and polls
- 5 concurrent breakout sessions to encourage the attendees to engage and participate
- A post-event report which included analytics monitoring and mining rich data to develop in-depth, insights and strategies
- On demand post event videos available to delegates for 6 months.
